KUUKsONLINE is an online store selling household and personal-care essentials with delivery across Ghana. You can reach us at kuuksonlinellc@gmail.com or via our contact page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

4. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm your order by email or message. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraud. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS ₵) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We take care to price products correctly, but errors can occur; if we discover an error we will let you know before processing your order. You can pay by Pay on Delivery (cash or Mobile Money) or securely online by card or Mobile Money via Paystack. See Payment Options.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Ghana in line with our Delivery & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, our Delivery & Returns policy explains how to request a replacement or refund. Please contact us within the timeframe stated there.

8. Product information

We work hard to describe and picture our products accurately. However, packaging, images and specifications may occasionally differ slightly from what you receive, as brands update their products from time to time.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or damage the site, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, logos, graphics and images — belongs to KUUKsONLINE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUUKsONLINE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the value of the affected order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
