Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right — quickly and fairly.

Damaged or wrong items

Received something damaged, incorrect, or missing? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Fast refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via Mobile Money or your original payment method.

Please note: For health, hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used — including baby and adult diapers, sanitary products, opened toiletries and personal-care items, and food items. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
